Jeongcheon Naengmyeon

Jeongcheon Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in the naengmyeon alley of Cheonho-dong, Seoul, serving mul naengmyeon, bibim naengmyeon, and hoe naengmyeon. Orders of naengmyeon come in three spice levels: mild, medium, and hot, and the menu also includes yeolmu naengmyeon and large mandu. Noodles are made to order even during peak hours, and the onyuksu and yubu broth are self-service, with cold barley tea also provided. The medium level is quite spicy, so those sensitive to heat should order mild.
