Igane Bajirak Kalguksu

Igane Bajirak Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, serving bajirak kalguksu and pat kalguksu. The bajirak kalguksu comes with a clear, light broth holding a large amount of clams, and it is eaten with geotjeori kimchi. The sujebi dough is chewier than the kalguksu noodles, giving it a distinct bite. The clams are sometimes not fully purged, so sand or broken shell can be felt in the mouth.
