Hibarin

Hibarin is a Japanese restaurant on the 12th floor of Hyundai Department Store Cheonho in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, serving donkatsu. Its mentaiko cheese katsu is made by stacking thinly sliced pork loin with cheese, deep-frying it, and topping it with mentaiko sauce and gochu. The high-floor department store location gives diners a view from their table. The donkatsu carries a pork smell.
