Dodo Gukbap

Dodo Gukbap is a small gukbap restaurant in Cheonho-dong, Seoul, serving sundae, offal, and suyuk gukbap. The broth is clean and deep, with plenty of bean sprouts and meat at the bottom. The restaurant operates in a converted detached house, where the owner alone handles both the kitchen and the floor, and there are five to six tables. It is on the second floor, so you have to go up stairs, and orders slow down when customers crowd in.
