CinCin is a Vietnamese restaurant near Gangdong-gu Office Station in Seoul that serves pho and fried rice. The broth is simmered in-house and served clear, and the fried spring rolls are crisp and chewy. Cilantro, lime, chili, and garlic sauce are served on the side, along with barley tea. The special pho contains brisket and shabu beef.
