Byeol Gopchang Iyagi

Byeolgopchang Iyagi is a restaurant in Gangdong-gu, Seoul, that serves soegopchang and modum gopchang. When you order, the kitchen grills the gopchang and finishes the meal with bokkeumbap. Ordering the modum brings gan and cheonyeop, and a ttukbaegi sundubu jjigae is kept warm while you wait. The gopchang is oily, so it can taste heavy and feel tough at times.
