Bonga Sushi - Hyundai Cheonho

BonGaSushi - Hyundai CheonHo is a Japanese restaurant inside Hyundai Department Store in Cheonho, Seoul, serving conveyor-belt sushi and hoe rice bowls. Its main dishes are salmon and tuna hoe rice bowls and hwal-eo hoe rice bowl, which is topped with raw fish left over from sushi preparation. For the conveyor-belt sushi, diners take plates off the belt and pay according to the colour of each plate. The hoe rice bowls come with a small amount of raw fish.
