Baek Sojeong Gil-dong Station Branch

Baeksojeong Gildongyeokjeom is a restaurant near Gildong Station in Seoul serving Japanese-style tonkatsu and maje udon. The maje udon uses thick noodles mixed with tsuyu and oyster sauce, then topped with minced meat, scallions, seaweed flakes, and egg yolk. It is a newly opened neighborhood restaurant. Despite the name maje soba, it uses udon noodles.
