Samheungjip

Samheungjip is a samgyeopsal restaurant in Namil-myeon, Cheongju. The pork belly is grilled with a clear soy sauce marinade and served with aged kimchi, pa muchim, kkot sangchu, and perilla leaves. This long-standing venue also serves doenjang-guk, and diners mix their own bokkeum-bap with the seasoning provided. The smell of grilled meat can linger on your clothes for a while.
