Chungju Saengdolgui

Chungju Saengdolgui is a soy sauce pork belly restaurant in Cheongju Seomun Market. The samgyeopsal is soaked in soy sauce and then grilled on a stone plate. The meat takes on a mild soy sauce aroma and comes out tender. A brief dip in soy sauce leaves little difference from plain samgyeopsal.
