Takumigon is a sushi-ya in Seorae Village that serves an omakase of sushi made with aged fish. The fish is aged from a few months to several years to bring out the deep savoriness of thick neta. Reservations are required through CatchTable or by phone, and after the omakase you can choose one additional piece as an encore. The strong aged aroma and seasoning do not suit people accustomed to fishy dishes or light sushi.
