Sushi Ren

Sushi Ren is an omakase sushi restaurant in Cheongdam-dong run by chef Lee Seongjun. It serves aged neta over salted shari, and after the meal adds one or two pieces of sushi as an encore on request. The lunch course includes 19 items, among them tsumami, misoshiru and dessert. The course composition has changed little compared with a year earlier.
