Elpic in Cheongdam-dong is a Western restaurant serving wagyu, hanwoo, and Australian t-bone steaks along with pasta. Its signature steak is cooked by a grill-sous-vide method of repeated grilling and resting. Grilling and resting are repeated over 40 to 50 minutes, and the restaurant runs two private rooms and a valet service. The texture is gelatin-like, so opinions are split among those expecting an ordinary cut of meat.
