Moksam Hwaro

Moksam Hwaro is a charcoal grill restaurant near Nowon Station in Seoul that cooks pork collar and samgyeopsal. The Moksam Han Pan order brings pork collar and samgyeopsal together, and after an initial sear on the grill, staff finish cooking the meat at the table to eat with meljeot, truffle myeongnanjeot, and chipotle sauce. Raw meat is shown first, the meat is seared in a separate space, and cheese gyeranjjim arrives as a service item. The pork collar is thick yet tender and full of juices.
