Oksun Son Kalguksu

Oksun Son Kalguksu is a kongguksu restaurant in Chilseong-dong, Daegu. It grinds Paju Jangdan beans to order to make the soybean broth, then tops it with zucchini, gim, and egg garnish. The restaurant occupies the first floor of an old two-story house, so guests take off their shoes before entering, and it closes at 7 p.m. after a mid-day break. Parking is inconvenient.
