The Jjangteo

The Jjangteo is a sundae restaurant at the north gate of Kolon Haneulchae in Hwamyeong-dong, Busan, serving dwaeji gukbap and sundae gukbap. The broth is boiled with herbal ingredients and finished with perilla seed powder, and the restaurant also serves pi sundae and boiled pork by cut. The space is split between the first and second floors, with gukbap customers on one level and pork and drinking parties on the other. The amount and cuts of meat in the gukbap vary.
