Sudam

Sudam is a Japanese restaurant in Deokcheon-dong, Busan, serving grilled eel and eel over rice. The main menu items are hitsumabushi and a cold buckwheat noodle set, and the eel also comes salt-grilled or with sauce. The eel is cooked to a soft texture and eaten with side dishes, sauce, and wasabi. The hitsumabushi has less eel than rice.
