Sijang Kalguksu

Sijang Kalguksu is a restaurant inside Gupo Market in Busan that serves kalguksu, dwaeji gukbap, suyuk, and sundae. Its representative dishes are anchovy-based kalguksu and sundae mixed with offal, and the sundae contains liver, heart, lung, windpipe, and gopchang. Portions are large enough that two adults cannot finish kalguksu and suyuk and take the leftovers home in takeout. The suyuk is on the dry side and coarse in texture.
