Rigang Wang Gopchang

Rigangwang Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Busan that serves pork makchang grilled with salt or a seasoned marinade. A jeongol made with daechang is also on the menu, and the grilled dishes arrive already cooked. The makchang has no off-odor and tastes nuttier the more you chew, and it comes with vegetables and geotjeori. The jeongol broth is on the spicy side.
