Namgeumsun

Namgeumsun is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Hwamyeong-dong, Busan, that grills aged meat. Staff grill the meat from the start and place it on a hot stone plate so it does not cool quickly. Various ingredients and side dishes served separately arrive at the table with the meat. Because of the layout of the restaurant, noise from the next table is loud and conversation is hard to hear.
