Miseongak is a neighborhood Chinese restaurant in an alley near the Gupo telephone office in Busan. It serves ganjjajang and old-style tangsuyuk, with the ganjjajang brought out with stir-fried onion and chunjang. The restaurant has a 45-year history and only three or four tables, and food takes about 20 minutes on average. The tangsuyuk meat is dry and oil remains in the vinegar container, leaving the cleanliness lacking.
