Haman Dwaeji Gukbap

Hamandwaeji Gukbap is a gukbap restaurant near Gupo Station in Busan, located right in front of the station exit. Its signature dwaeji gukbap is served with a clear, rich broth. Adding buchu makes the broth sour with a strong jeotgal taste, so the seasoning needs adjusting. The kimchi is on the sour side.
