Haejo Milmyeon is a milmyeon restaurant in Deokcheon-dong, Busan, serving mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, and mandu. The mul milmyeon comes with chewy noodles in a clear, cool broth without herbal notes, and the bibim milmyeon uses a non-spicy sauce with meat available as a substitute for myeongtae hoe muchim. After ordering, you can take onyuksu in a cup to drink. A line forms during lunch on hot days.
