Gungjeon Sutbul Galbi

Gungjeon Sutbul Galbi is a charcoal grill restaurant in the Mandeok-dong meat alley of Busan, serving dwaeji galbi, seasoned pork collar, and samgyeopsal. The dwaeji galbi marinade is neither spicy nor overly sweet, and the seasoned pork collar is served with minced garlic on top. The restaurant has operated in Mandeok for over 20 years, with parking at the entrance and in the alley below. Table spacing is narrow, so the dining area is cramped.
