Ganggane Son Mandu

Gang-gane Sonmandu is a neighborhood restaurant in Busan Kaiser Sangga that focuses on mandu and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles). Its bibim mandu is defined by its sauce, and manduguk is also on the menu. Takeout includes donkkaseu and yukgaejang, and the menu also has kare donkkaseu deopbap. The donkkaseu is a frozen snack-bar-style product rather than handmade.
