Gangdong Hoejip

Gangdong Hoetjip is an orange two-story raw fish restaurant in Busan's Hwamyeong-dong new town, serving live-fish hoe and hoe set meals. For jeoneo hoe, diners can choose half with bones and half without, and the fish is cut thick to keep its shape. Monkfish soup comes as a side dish, and the hoe set meal can be ordered at lunch. Parking is available for only a few cars.
