Gamasot Chueotang

Gamasot Chueotang is a restaurant in Busan that serves chueotang and fried loach. The clear chueotang is boiled without doenjang and comes with side dishes such as skate hoe muchim and anchovy muchim. Hobakjeon is served before the rice, and the banchan consists of eight to nine kinds, with both floor seating and table seating available. Flies are numerous and foreign objects have been found in the food, so hygiene requires caution.
