Eoga Hoesusan

Eoga Hoesusan is a seafood restaurant in Busan serving hoe (raw fish), mulhoe, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew). The mulhoe uses a sour and spicy broth, and the owner, who is devoted to fishing, slices the hoe himself. The restaurant is run by the owner and his wife and closes around 10 p.m. Families visit at lunchtime for mulhoe, and the maeuntang is flavorful.
