Chwiming

Chwiming is a Chinese restaurant in Hwamyeong-dong, Busan, serving jjamppong, tangsuyuk, and jjajangmyeon. The jjamppong comes in mild and spicy versions and contains seafood, while the tangsuyuk is the chewy guobaorou style. Orders are placed on a tablet at the table, and the underground parking lot is free for one hour. Weekend lunches draw a wait, and the jjajangmyeon has thick noodles with sauce that does not absorb well, leaving the flavor weak.
