Breeze in Deokcheon is a one-person restaurant serving steak, pasta, and risotto. The steak is chewy and the pasta is spicy, and the pasta and risotto contain a lot of mushrooms. The owner cooks alone and there are two tables, so food can take close to an hour to arrive, and dessert comes after the meal. Five people who added two pastas to a steak set still found the amount insufficient.
