Denboin Street is a historic Edo-style shopping street next to Sensoji in Asakusa. Traditional buildings and small shops line the street, and its appearance changes between day and night. Thirty-two storefronts share the same signboard width, with awnings that provide shelter from rain. The street is crowded enough that tourists bump into each other while walking.
