Sushi Yuden

Sushi Yuden is a sushi restaurant in Tanimachi 9-chome. Its omakase includes chilled chawanmushi with sea urchin, crab, and scallop, along with sushi topped with octopus, sea urchin, and fugu milt. A booklet is shown and the dishes are explained each time sushi and other dishes are served, and the head chef greets diners after the meal. The horse mackerel and sea urchin gunkan maki have a fishy taste.
