Ramen Hayato

Ramen Hayato in Osaka serves miso ramen and shoyu ramen. Its signature miso ramen builds depth from roasted miso with ginger, sansho pepper, roasted onion, and yuzu. A line forms before opening, and waits run from 30 minutes to over an hour. Talking and wearing fragrance are not allowed inside, and the shop sometimes closes around 2 p.m. when ingredients run out.
