라쿠신

Rakushin is a kaiseki restaurant in Fukushima, Osaka. It serves courses built around seasonal fish, and the chef explains where each ingredient comes from and how it is prepared. After relocating in spring 2025, the restaurant added a counter made from a single hinoki log over 8 metres long, with nine counter seats and one table. Seating is limited, so a spacious spot is hard to expect.
