Yugiri Soba is a soba restaurant in Osaka that serves buckwheat noodles made with yuzu peel and zaru soba. To reach it, walk about seven minutes from Umeda Station and enter an alley. The signature yugiri soba is eaten by dipping yuzu-scented noodles into a tsuyu broth mixed with raw egg yolk, and tempura comes on the side. The restaurant has been open for over 70 years, and when the noodles are finished, warm soba-yu is mixed into the tsuyu to drink; the interior is on the dark side.
