Ajikitcho Bunbuan is a kaiseki restaurant on the basement level of the Osaka Metro Honmachi Building. It serves seasonal ingredients prepared in several ways to preserve their natural flavours. The restaurant opened in 1970 and officially adopted the name Ajikitcho in 1972. A third-generation chef now runs the kitchen, and the restaurant does not suit diners looking for strongly seasoned food.
