Mámì Bread Lab

Mámì Bread Lab is a bakery in Hanoi's Old Quarter selling pork, mushroom, and chicken bánh mì. The pepper pork bánh mì is served hot with black pepper and sweet-and-sour pickled vegetables, and the mushroom bánh mì contains king oyster mushrooms. When customers crowd in, they stand and wait in front of the shop, but orders come quickly and the food is easy to carry as takeout, so it can be eaten while walking through the Old Quarter. The pork in the pepper pork bánh mì was dry and tough on the visit.
