Xofa Cafe is a 24-hour cafe in Hoan Kiem, Hanoi, near the train tracks, serving coffee, brunch and meals. Outdoor tables and air-conditioned seating are both available, and charging laptops and phones is unrestricted, though Wi-Fi requires logging in by age, gender and nationality. On hot days the outdoor seats are hard to use for long.
