Thaiyen Cafe - Cafe Yen - Quan Thanh is an alley cafe in Quan Thanh, Hanoi, selling sapa coffee and egg coffee. Sapa is a sweet latte with cream foam on top of espresso, and egg coffee mixes a rich, nutty egg cream through the whole drink. Orders are placed outside the shop, and an English menu board is used. Egg coffee comes with an English card listing the order in which to drink it, and the coffee is sweet without a fishy smell, with the coffee taste coming through weakly.
