ACID8 Specialty Coffee

ACID8 Specialty Coffee is a two-floor cafe in a narrow alley near Hoan Kiem in Hanoi. It serves espresso and brewed coffee from Ethiopian, Kenyan, and Colombian beans, and for hand drip you choose the bean and whether it is served hot or cold. Staff grind the beans, let you smell the aroma, then bring the hand drip to your seat. Origami decorations sit on the shelves inside, the red exterior stands out in the alley, and the small space does not have many seats.
