TÂY HỒ QUÁN

Tây Hồ Quán is a Vietnamese restaurant in Da Nang that serves bún chả and crab snail rice noodles. The bún chả comes with plenty of charcoal-grilled meat and is eaten with pickled garlic, chili, and calamansi. Many of the customers are locals, and the owner shows diners how to moisten the noodles with vegetables and lime juice. The place is small, so it is not worth traveling a long distance just for the bún chả.
