Ramen Nagisa serves Japanese-style ramen on the third floor of Burger Bros in Da Nang. It offers miso ramen, shoyu ramen, tsukemen, and mazesoba, with orders placed by QR code. A Japanese chef does the cooking and tops the bowls with soft, thick chashu. There are counter and table seats, and the third-floor interior is hot because the air conditioning is weak.
