Quán Bún xương 89

Quán Bún xương 89 is a local bistro near Han Market in Da Nang that serves gogi-guksu, pork-broth noodles made with pork bones and back ribs. The signature dish, Bún Xương, comes with tender boiled meat, pickled shallots, chili, and lime. On weekdays at lunch, the shop also serves Vietnamese-style rice plates where you scoop rice onto a plate and choose side dishes. English is not spoken, so you have to point at the first line of the menu to order, and there is no air conditioning, so the inside of the shop is hot.
