Jungbu Bansseo is a local restaurant in a side alley next to Da Nang's Baduong, serving banh xeo and nem lui. When you order, the banh xeo and nem lui arrive within a minute, and the owner shows you how to eat them. There is no air conditioning, so it gets hot during the meal.
