Phở Liến Hội An is a local pho shop set slightly off the street near Han Market in Da Nang. It serves pho in a rich broth, along with a papaya-based seasoning, a dry mixed noodle dish, and bánh mì on the side. The shop opens at 6 a.m., and by around 7:30 most tables are full with local diners. Fans are running, but it can still be hot while you eat.
