Jipbulgogi

Jip Bulgogi nuong rom is a Korean-style grill restaurant in Da Nang that sears meat over a straw fire. It serves beef galbi, samgyeopsal (pork belly), grilled shrimp, and grilled jjukkumi. The owner gives the meat its first sear over straw and then grills it from start to finish. Tables, chopsticks, and the restroom are clean.
