Gumttam Saigon

Ggeomttam Saigon is a local restaurant in Da Nang that serves ggeomttam, grilled pork ribs over rice with a fried egg. The sweet and salty charcoal-grilled meat comes with Vietnamese rice, nuoc mam sauce, and soup. The air-conditioned indoor seating has Korean menus, and food arrives right after ordering. The ribs are awkward to eat because of the bones.
