Bún Thịt Nướng Cô Chi (Bà Muối) is a bistro in Da Nang that serves bún thịt nướng, Vietnamese wraps, and grilled skewers, set deep inside a narrow alley. The grilled skewers use pork rib-flavored meat, and the bún thịt nướng meat comes out tender rather than dry. The menu is limited to those three items, and the skewers are grilled to order each time. Because the alley is too narrow for cars, you have to walk in or ride a motorbike, which makes the place hard to find.
