Bánh Canh / Quán Thu

Banh Canh Thu is a banh canh bistro in Da Nang, within walking distance of My Khe Beach. It serves noodle dishes resembling pho, made with fish, pork and fish cake. The main dishes are banh canh ca loc, which contains only fish, and banh canh suong, with chewy udon-like noodles in a cool fish broth. Diners add chili paste or chili powder and dip fried bread into the broth, and trash is visible on the floor.
