Myeonghwawon is a long-running neighborhood Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves tangsuyuk, gunmandu, and jjajangmyeon. Its signature dishes are chapssal tangsuyuk, served with the sauce poured over, and gunmandu, which are hand-formed and fried in-house. It is open only from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, with last orders at 2:40 p.m. The interior has six or seven tables and is cramped, and hygiene management falls short.
